Dreamy Lines is a collaborative project by filmmaker and surfer Víðir Björnsson and snowboarder and surfer Rúnar Pétur.
The film explores the pull of daydreams escaping the routine of everyday work to chase waves and snow in some of the world’s most remote landscapes. Shot across the Arctic and Japan, Dreamy Lines blends surf and snowboard culture into a visual meditation on freedom, movement, and the spaces in between responsibility and desire.
The project marks the third installment in the ongoing Lines series, which Víðir and Rúnar have been developing and releasing over the past few years, following their previous release, Fjörd Lines.
Supported by 66 North, Canon and Korua Shapes.
